RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want every order to be a forever piece. We also understand that not everything is a perfect fit. ;) 

STORE POLICIES
~ all returns will be STORE CREDIT ONLY or EXCHANGE  
~ all returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt
~ all merchandise must be in its original unused condition with tags attached, we have the right to refuse items that do not meet this requirement
~ contact us at orders@maebluehill.com to initiate a return, any returns made without prior authorization will be refused 
~ shipping and handling fees will be deducted from store credit 
~ we are not responsible for any items returned that are lost or damaged during shipping/we recommend you insure all returns 
~ sale items are considered FINAL SALE
~ all handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, hair accessories, apothecary, home, books and artwork are FINAL SALE
