Thank you for shopping at MAE online store. We appreciate your business and for giving us the opportunity to help curate your style! We want you to have an enjoyable experience with us using the MAE online store, and that means a clear understanding of what you can expect when shopping with us. Please take a moment to review these details. 

ORDERING INFORMATION

Shipping

All standard size orders are shipped on regular business days, (Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm, EST) excluding holidays. For express shipping service, orders must be submitted Monday - Friday by 11am EST. For larger items, (furniture, lamps, etc), requiring special handling - shipping costs and delivery time estimates will be provided by email request. 

After you submit your order you will receive a confirmation email - this means we got your order! Orders for in-stock merchandise, and without questions, will be confirmed and shipped within 3 business days. We will contact you by email or phone if there is a question about your order before processing your credit card. 

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us with the tracking number for the shipment. This means it's on it's way to you! We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and military addresses. Rates for shipping and handling will be calculated at checkout. MAE is not responsible for delays in shipping. 

Returns/Exchanges Policy

If you are not happy with your MAE online purchase, you may send it back for an exchange or store credit for the purchase price, less shipping costs. Sale merchandise and jewelry purchases are Final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted. We do not refund or credit original or return shipping costs. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be issued a store credit. Store credits may be applied toward your next purchase. All merchandise returned must be in it's original sale condition, with the price tags intact. Returns must be postmarked within 10 business days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. We recommend returns be sent by a traceable carrier and fully insured. We are not responsible for missing packages. Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. 

Returns and Exchanges Procedure

  1. Before sending out your return/exchange package, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number by email: wendy@maebluehill.com
  2. Please include your Return Authorization Number (RA#) with your return; please allow up to 3 business days for processing. All requests for RA numbers must be made by email. No RA numbers are available via telephone, fax, or mail.
  3. All returned items must be in their original packaging. You are responsible for securely packing, shipping, and insuring the returned merchandise.
  4. Please write your RA# very visibly on the outside of the package. Returns will not be accepted without an RA# issued from MAE.
